With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Elta Knight of West Union, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ebert Duckworth and Merle Duckworth (Gain); her grandparents, Elsworth, Mary Duckworth and Elta Gain; and her husband Fred Knight of West Union.

She is survived by : her children, Janelta Curtis (Rick) and David Knight; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Brad) of LaGrange, IL and Lindsay Curtis; her great grandchildren, Jacinto, Jesus of LaGrange, IL, Abigail and Aubre; her sister-in-law Diane Knight; her niece Judy McDaniel (Sam); and her cousin Dennis Powell (Mellie).
