He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Skidmore Dilly; and his sibling's children, Sandra Hefner Bridgeport (Allen), Ann Easterling (Jim), Christine Simmons of Niles, OH, Mike Frey and Thomas Frey of Newton Falls, OH.
