She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Franklin and Ruby May Hicks Gould; and her siblings, William "Billy" Gould and Patricia Ann Hodges. She is survived by: her husband Howard "Wayne" Bailey; her children, Kimberly Ann Bailey (Christopher Conner) of West Union and Howard Christopher "Chris" Bailey of Williamstown, WV.; her grandchildren, Samantha Williams (Jeremiah), Cody Kennedy (Samantha), Connor Bailey and Alivia Bailey; her great grandchildren, Bowen, Izabella, Cameron and Kimber; and her siblings, Clarence Wayne Gould (Becky) of Charleston and Carol Wendy Morris (Robert Parsons) of Buffalo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
