She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert O. Sprouse and Grace Queen Sprouse; her husband Richard Donald Horner; her sons, Gary Sprouse and Rusty Allen Horner; and her siblings, Buddy Sprouse, Margaret Donaldson, Vincent Sprouse, Leonard Sprouse, Shirley Sprouse and John Sprouse.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Sprouse (Denise) of Jane Lew, Shirley Horner of Weston, Sharon Coleman (Danny) of Weston and Eugene Horner (Leann) of Weston; her grandchildren, Kristy, Jennifer, Josh, Sheena, Anthony, Gary Allen, Haylea, Whitney and Alyvia; her siblings, Harvey "Dick" Sprouse of Texas and Mary Welch of Weston; and her close friend Robert "Bob" Riley of Weston.
