It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Smith of Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Brown Kiddy and Theresa Doris Lane Kiddy; and her brothers, Maryln David Kiddy, William James Kiddy and Richard Ralph Kiddy.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy John Elliott (Shaila) of Enid, OK, Steven Kent Elliott (Olivia) of Clarksburg, Shawn "Shawna" Tiera Elliott of Clarksburg, Chris Allen Elliott (Patty) of Baltimore, MD and Theresa "Lori" Pickens of Weston; her grandchildren, Timothy "Lee" Elliott, Kristine Michelle Alderman, Kayla Rachelle Elliott, Ashlea Tiera Pickens and Logan Patrick Pickens; her great grandchildren, Maddyson, Braylea, Skylar, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Ricky and Trey; her great great grandchildren, Sophie and Colton; and her pet Minnie Mouse.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pat Boyle Funeral Home and Cremation Service (144 Hackers Creek Rd, Jane Lew, WV 26378). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
