Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Elizabeth Clydene leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Sherrell and Betty Lou Mick (Unruh). She is survived by : her husband Bruce H. Garrett; her son Samuel Cole Thomas, II (Betty Rollins) of Weston; her granddaughter Samantha Thomas; and her brothers, James Sherrell (Connie) of Weston, Bob Sherrell of Weston, Carl Sherrell (Judy) of Weston and Mike Sherrell (Barbara) of Weston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Weston Masonic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to the Freemansburg Community Church at 975 Left Freemans Creek Road Camden, WV 26338.
