He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Shamblin. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Thomas Shamblin and Angela Dawn Duelley; his sisters, Alena Florence, Erin Duelley, Hope Duelley, Kaylee Miller, Karlee Miller and Brenlyn Watson; and his grandmother Marie Jenkins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
