She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brennie and Bonnie Leona Lunsford (Lattea); her daughter Frances L. Blake Chisolm; her granddaughter Cheryl R. Chisolm; her brother Larry J. Lunsford; her sister-in-law Rosalie Parker Lunsford; and her sister Mavis M. Lunsford.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Blake-Rogers and John P. Blake; her grandchildren, Raquel L. Cool and R. Scott Rogers; her great grandchildren, Destiny P. Radcliff, Allen W. Radcliff, Hazel R. Rogers, Miles G. Rogers, Ellie Simons, Abby Simons, Marley O'Hara, Kelsey Cool and Misty Cool; her great great grandchild Skylar C. Gaines; her grandsons, Jaxon and Phillip Jr. Radcliff; her nephews, Larry G. and Gary R. Lunsford; and her cousin Paula Hardbarger. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (179 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Christ of Latter-Day Saints (179 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201).
