He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbert Fraley, Jr. and Pamela Lea Kelley of Weston, WV.; his son Xavier Fraley; and his siblings, Jamie Fraley of West Union, Angela Williams of Troy and Rebecca Jordan of Weston.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardman Family Funeral Home (730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
