He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Patrick Moran and Minnie Lee Jarvis Moran; and his brother Thomas Joseph Moran. He is survived by: his former wife Edna Jean Potter; his stepson Stephen Roger Potter; and his stepgrandchildren, Alexus M. Potter, Aaron P. Potter, Lyssa N. Potter and Emilee C. Sprouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
