He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Harris and Etta Alkire Harris; and his siblings, Alice May Harris, Jenny May Harris, Linda Mae Alkire, Robert Harris, Floyd Harris and Charlie Alkire.
He is survived by : his son Joey Alkire; his siblings, Lloyd Alkire (Mary) of Weston, Roger Harris of Weston and Becky Alkire of Weston; and his pet Hoss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
