He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark Stephen Fitzpatrick and Jerry Elizabeth Burnside Fitzpatrick; and his grandparents, Richard Jackson, Margaret Jane Brown Cooper, Mark Henry and Mary Edna Tierney Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by : his sister Jane Horn; his nephew Robert "Bobby" Horn; and his dachshund Herman.
