She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Rumbach and Virginia Rumbach (Ervin); her husband Charles A. Kemper; and her brothers, William and Joseph Rumbach.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Riggs, Veronica Lough (William) and Victoria Crites (Remito); her stepchildren, Connie Scott (Tom) and Alan Kemper (Kellie); her grandson Anthony Riggs; and her brother James Rumbach (Pamela). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardman Family Funeral Home (730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hardman Family Funeral Home Chapel (730 Main Ave, Weston, WV 26452).
