He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Golden and Virginia Golden; his brother Robert Golden; and his grandparents, Harvey, Sylvia Milhoan Golden and Okey.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Golden; his daughter Annette Young (Chad) of Weston; his grandchildren, Seth Young and Lydia Young; his siblings, Maurice Golden (Sandy) of Peniel, Brent Golden of Peniel, David Golden (Jane) of Peniel, Connie Doll of Pennsboro, Janice Sue Rhodes (Darrell) of Marshall and Brenda Whited of Peniel; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Golden of Millwood and Linda Counts (Oscar) of LeRoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home (406 Market St, Spencer, WV 25276). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
