He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Kelley of Weston; his daughters, Jessica Sandy and Heather Matheny (Corey); his stepson Jamie Fraley; his siblings, Wayne Sandy (Loretta) of Buckhannon and Wanda Jarvis (Brian) of Chloe, WV; his nieces and nephews, Mandy Thorne, Ashley Phillips (Jason), Alicia Sandy, Joshua Sandy and B. J. Donaldson (Stella); and his great-nephews, Michael and Jakob Donaldson.
