He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ralph Bleigh and Jonell Bleigh (Blankenship); his wife Cathy Bleigh (Rowan); his sons, Rocky Bleigh (Lisa) of Weston and Robert Bleigh (Amy) of Weston; his grandchildren, Breanna Fraley (Austin), Madison Bleigh, Hayden Fultineer, Coalton Scott and Brooklyn Muncy; his half-sister Susie Southall of Ohio; his uncles, Hugh Scott Bleigh of Ohio and Jim Bleigh of Jane Lew; his niece Rachel Ohman; and his nephew Terry Southall (Yonnie).
