He is survived by: his wife Brandi LeeAnn Waugh (Monnett); his children, Crystal Starcher of Weston, Gregory Robinson of Weston, Robert "Gavin" Waugh of Weston and Michael Monnett (Shaelan Studer) of French Creek; and his brother Stanley Waugh (Missy Barrett) of Weston. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
