It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vada Lee Mills of Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Freeman Monroe and Virginia Allen West Monroe; and her brother Terry Alexander Monroe. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Mills of Weston; her children, Robert D. Mills (Marcia) of Fairmont, Barton Mills (Deborah) of Dunkirk, OH, Cynthia Harbart of Jane Lew and John Mills (Angela) of Weston; her grandchildren, Derek, Cara, Emily, Meghan, McKenzie, Letha, Arla, Billy, Ginny and Joy; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Sawyer, Rhiley, Liam and Everly; and her sisters, Sandra Monroe of Weston and Mareda Friedman (Michael) of St. Augustine, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
