She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Joe" Fisher and Freda Mae Brown Fisher; and her siblings, Reta Mae Newton, Johnnie Fisher, Tommy Fisher and Linda "Carolyn" Richardson.
She is survived by: her spouse Dana Eugene Bowen; her sons, Dana "Tigger" Eugene Bowen II (Samantha) of Weston and Chad R. Bowen of Weston; her grandchildren, Victoria (John Ross), Rory, Izaiah, Sierra and Payton Bowen; and her sister Judy Dezarn of Oak Island, NC.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Weston Masonic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Vicki's family have requested donations be made to Lewis-Upshur Animal Control Facility located at 318 Mud Lick Rd., Buckhannon, WV 26201.
