He is survived by: his wife Dr. Linda DiGiustino Sabak of Fairmont, WV; his daughter Nina Sabak; his son-in-law James Davis of Forest Hills, PA.; his siblings, Natalie Pope of Lakeland, FL, Theodore Sabak of Sebring, FL and Gregory Sabak of Morgantown, WV; his son Spencer; and his daughter-in-law Brooke Sabak of Mannington, WV.
