It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony William Ratliff Sr. of Westover, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Ratliff and Frances Smith Ratliff; and his brothers, Gary Ratliff and Kip Ratliff. He is survived by : his wife Deloris Brand Ratliff; his children, Tammy Salisbury (Gary Nehles) of Fairmont and A. William "Bill" Ratliff Jr. (Patti) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Whitlock and Forrest Ratliff; and his great grandchild Lauralei Whitlock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
