He is survived by: his wife Cydne Anne Starks; his children, Aaron James (Sarah Starks) of Las Vegas, NV, Andrew Jordan Starks of Las Vegas, NV and Autumn Joy Starks of Carolina; his grandchildren, Dhalia Belle Starks, James Arian Starks, Remington Lee Whitecotton, Harper Rayelle Whitecotton, Kricket Jaxson Whitecotton and Nori Alise Camiletti Starks; and his siblings, Twanna Weatherspoon and Tyrone Starks. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; four great-nieces and one great-nephew; as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
