He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Stevens McMillen; his sons, James Robert McMillen of Westover, Patrick Willard McMillen (Crystal) of Morgantown, Michael Aaron McMillen of Westover and Christopher Allen McMillen (Amy) of Morgantown; and his sister Madonna Dillsworth of Kingwood. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
