It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Henry Wolford of Wharncliffe, West Virginia, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wolford and Shirley Wolford (Hopson); his son Carl Henry Wolford Jr.; his significant other Wanda Hurley; his sisters, Sharon Brewer, Nina Hatfield and Jenny Daniels; his niece Kimberly Breeding; and his nephew Chris Wolford.

He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Hurley of Wharncliffe, WV and Gregory Wolford of Ragland, WV; his heart Kayla Ellis (Lee); his siblings, Theodore Wolford (Lori) of Gilbert, WV, Bonnie Gilkerson (Bill) of Wharncliffe, WV. and Rita Cline of Wharncliffe, WV.; Bryson and Kayson Ellis of Wharncliffe, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear relatives and friends.
