She is survived by: her son Chris Lamb (Kelly); her siblings, Stewart Brown II (Shari) and Elizabeth "Betty" Brown (Michael); her grandchildren, Nathan and Kaitlyn Lamb; her great grandchild Braelyn Lamb; and her friend Beth Durkin.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1526 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson Lodge.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to House of the Carpenter (https://www.tmcfunding.com) or Dallas United Methodist Church in Anne's name, as a tribute to her generous spirit and love for helping others.
