He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Delbrugge and Eleanor Delbrugge (Worstell); his wife Jule Ann Delbrugge (Mattern); his brother Melvin Delbrugge; and his granddaughter Lindsey Haught.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Stoehr (Bob) of Wheeling, WV, Phyllis Miller (Joe) of Wheeling, WV and Bernard "Bill" Delbrugge (Pam) of Jefferson, OH.; and his brother-in-law Edwin Mattern. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many more family and friends.
