She is survived by: her children, Paul Touvell of Wheeling, WV, Joseph Michael Touvell, Susan Couch (Michael) of Steubenville, OH and Shirley Small (John Copeland); her sisters, Mabel Newland of Wheeling, WV and Marie Brewer of Bellaire, OH; and her caregiver Holly Roth of Wheeling. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
