With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bill Lewis (Wheeling, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bill left this world on April 22, 2026 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Patricia Lewis (Willey); and his sister Pam Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis (Kahle); his children, Rebecca Ryan, William Lewis, IV (Candice) and Christine Lewis; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Madison, Marissa, Teagan, Reagan, Neal, Kearsten, Sean and Adam; and his siblings, Jon Lewis (Beth) and Penny Kemp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Homes (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A Mass was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (1225 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bishops' Chapel, Mt. Calvary Cemetery (1685 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
