He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis (Kahle); his children, Rebecca Ryan, William Lewis, IV (Candice) and Christine Lewis; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Madison, Marissa, Teagan, Reagan, Neal, Kearsten, Sean and Adam; and his siblings, Jon Lewis (Beth) and Penny Kemp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
