She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Armstrong, Julie Dofka (Martin III) and James "Curt" Stevens (Lisa); her brothers, Preston Hostutler (Nancy) and Dennis Hostutler (Carol); and her sister-in-law Diana Stevens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
