She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lewandowski (Joe) and Tekla Lewandowski (Tillie); her siblings, Joseph Lewandowski, Marcella LaRue, Dolores Trabert, Carl Lewandowski, Angela Howell and Leah Reinhardt; and her siblings' child Bobbie Jo Hoffer (LaRue).
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Michael Trabert, Bill LaRue, Michael Lewandowski of Columbus and Lisa Lewandowski of Siesta Key.
