She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lewandowski (Joe) and Tekla Lewandowski (Tillie); her siblings, Joseph Lewandowski, Marcella LaRue, Dolores Trabert, Carl Lewandowski, Angela Howell and Leah Reinhardt; and her nibling Bobbie Jo Hoffer (LaRue).
She is survived by: her nephews, Michael Trabert, Bill LaRue and Michael Lewandowski of Columbus; and her niece Lisa Lewandowski of Siesta Key.
