He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Vesta Smith (Hissom); and his wife Delores M. Smith (Klakos). He is survived by: his children, Gregory (Debi) of Wheeling, WV, Kenneth (Vickie) of Steubenville, OH and Deanna (Bill) of Chicago, IL; and his siblings, Robert Smith of Bethel Park, PA, Audra Corso of Burgettstown, Karen Anderson of Toronto, OH and Carol Bassett of Paden City, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
