He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kulpa and Wanda Kulpa; his nephews, Jason Kociban and Ryan McGee; and his siblings-in-law, Mark McGee, Andrew Kociban and Nancy Boreman.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra; his children, Christian Means (Bob) and Chad Kulpa (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Hunter, Liam, Luke, Alex, Cooper, Shane and Courtney; and his sisters, Kathy McGee and Lora Kociban.
