She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Polen and Charlotta Polen (Graham); and her husband Edwin O. Lohr. She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Streetman (Michael) of Glen Dale, WV and James Lohr of Wheeling, WV; and her brother George Polen (Joan).
