He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Alanzo and Lelah Pansy Wade McDiffitt; his wife Karen Ann Lanoue McDiffitt; and his siblings, Little Harry, Forest, Truman, Virgil, Gerald, Ruth, Orleda, Carol and Rose.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Barcalow (Rick) of Shadyside; his grandchildren, Jeff McDiffitt (Makayla) of Marietta, Olive and Josie McDiffItt; his great grandchildren, Harper Handzus and Ezra Handzus; and his siblings, Crystal Covey, Daisy Wendt (Charles), Violet Pelley (George), Vivian McDiffitt and Roger McDiffitt (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and sisters-and brothers-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1109 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
