She was predeceased by: her parent Dorothy Bell Stier; her former husband Thomas Richard Cowan; and her son Kevin Thomas Cowan. She is survived by: her spouse Trooper First Class (Thomas Richard Cowan); her daughter Kelly Lynn Cowan Schane; her son-in-law Scott Jason Schane of Glen Dale; and her grandchildren, Jason Thomas Schane of Glen Dale and Charlotte LeaaAnn Cowan of Wheeling.
