CSM Charles W. Terrill Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of CSM Charles W. Terrill of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Chedester Boyd of Wheeling and Russell Elmer Terrrill; his former wife Helge Bridgette Rupp Terrill; his stepfather Earl Robert Boyd; and his siblings, Roy Terrill, Russell Elmer Terrill, Earl R. Boyd, Phyllis Czamecki, Helen Clark and Martha Yahn.
He is survived by: his spouse German; and his siblings, Harold Russell Terrill of Beloit, OH, Norman Lee Terrill (Diane) of Thompsonville, IL and Dorothy Gaye Shaw of Bellaire, OH. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Elm Grove Chapel (154 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1526 National Rd, Wheeling, WV 26003).
