He was predeceased by: his son Dale Jr.; his brother Charles "Hickory" Ebert; and his parents, Marcella Ebert (DeLong) and Charles Ebert. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ebert (Snyder); his daughters, Susan Ebert DeMuth and Debra Ebert Futey (Paul); and his siblings, Nancy Ruckh (Donald), James Ebert (Becky), Willie Ebert (Jean), Tom Ebert (Bonnie), Gary Ebert (Bonnie) and Cyndi Campbell (Brian). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
