He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. McConnell and Agnes B. McConnell (Blatt); and his brothers, Dale, Don, Patrick and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry, Shelley (Danny Jr.), Sheina (Dennis) and Shanna; and his sister Barb (Lou). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
