He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Lucas; his children, Jamie Lucas, Elizabeth Davis of Glendale, Norma, Bill of Moundsville and Nancy Lucas of Wheeling; and his siblings, Jerry Lucas of Moundsville and Patricia Nisperly of Glendale.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Schuetz Funeral Home (4719 Jacob St, Wheeling, WV 26003). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Riverview Cemetery (326 Jefferson Ave, Moundsville, WV 26041).
