She is survived by: her sister Patricia Busack of Adena, OH; her children, Richard Jagaczewski of Wheeling and Mary Ann Hastings of Wheeling; her grandchild DJ Hastings (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Hailey and Mason; her daughter Patricia Starr of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Amy, David, Brook and Zac; and her sisters-in-law, Anna Marie Gdula, Willa "Sis" Chlon and Jo Ann Orend Chlon. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
