He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Cesar Angulo; his brother Nelson Angulo; and his sister-in-law Enriquieta Angulo. He is survived by: his wife Editha Malabanan; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Brian Reid; his grandchildren, Marcial and Winter; his sons, Eric and Elvin; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his grandchildren, Vera and Kaian; his great grandchild Eileen; his sisters, Dr. Evangelina Almario (Vicente) of Pittsburgh and Evanswinda Rayo (Conrado) of Las Vegas; his cousin Dr. Evangeline Pizarro (Cesar); and his nieces and nephews, Donna Doebler, Dr. Vida Passero, Montserrat Pascual, Ann Margaret Angulo, Maria Christina Jurado, Nelsie Balquin, Ryan Rayo, Robin Rayo, Czarina Kulick, Anna Pizarro and Cesar Jason Pizarro.
In place of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to the Catholic Charities of Wheeling.
