It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Marie Rine of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth James and Marie Isabelle Kessler (Davis); her brother Kenneth James Kessler Jr.; and her stepson Jay Martin Rine. She is survived by: her husband G. Martin "Marty" Rine; her daughters, Mary Barnes (William) and Paula Irwin (Paul); her stepdaughters, Kathy Payne (Terry) and Diana Walter (Don); and her grandchildren, Parker, Lauren, Ryan, Donovan, Danielle, Davison, Delaney, Ben, Sarah and Nick. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, several nieces and one nephew.
