He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Mendenhall (Thomas) of Wheeling, Duane Bartsch (Delcee) of Wheeling, Frank Patrick Bartsch (Diane) of Smyrna and Elaine Dolan (Matt) of Canton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jeremy Bartsch, Bobby Mendenhall, Dr. Eric Mendenhall (Allie) and Dr. Lee Mendenhall; his children, Dr. Logan Bartsch (Casey), Riley Keylor (Zach), Brittany Dolan, Adam Dolan, Allie Cook and Alayna Cook; his great grandchildren, Samuel Mendenhall, William Mendenhall, Crew Keylor, Carter Abrigg, Cali Abrigg and Leland Abrigg; and his friend Felicia Harto.
