Nicholson of Washington, PA; his sons, Allen Hall (Michelle) of Glen Dale, WV, Jonathan Holton (Diana Preston) of Pittsburgh and Michael Starks (Angela Turner) of Powhatan Point, OH; his sister-in-law Rhonda Greer (Russell); and his nephew Ian Greer of Naples, FL..
