With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwen Marie Bibey (Wheeling, West Virginia), who passed away on February 25, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Bibey; her parents, Melvin Stobbs and Helen Stobbs (Heisey); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Cameron, Geri Bibey, Richard Cameron and Denzel Bibey.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Beihl (Bud); her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Stanley (Kolin); her great grandchildren, Hudson and Hattie Stanley; and her brother Melvin Thomas Stobbs (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
