It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Clifford Boggs (Wheeling, West Virginia), born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harold M Boggs; his sister Hope Boggs Meek; his sibling's children, Lara Rutter and James Rutter; and his grandparents, Harold, Violet Boggs, Larry and Mary Jane Joy.
He is survived by: his mother Sheila Boggs Walker; his sister Mary Jane Colvin (Robert) of Picayune, Mississippi; his children, Mike Mitchell of Ohio and Elizabeth Goolie (Boggs); and his nieces, Samantha Joy of New York, Autumn of Picayune, Mississippi. and Sophia Joy of Picayune, Mississippi.. He is also survived by three grandchildren, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
