He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Vinton Hill and Florence Suzanne "Sue" Hill (Pierce); and his grandson Jesse Thomas of Martins Ferry. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Hill; his children, Jimmy Hill (Mary) and Heidi Roth (Les) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Brittley Hill, Brielle Dickerson (Michael), JT Hill and Tyler Thomas; his great grandchild Alexis Thomas; and his brother Ed Hill (Karen) of Wintersville, OH..
