She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hoff and Georgia Carroll Hoff; her husband Carl "Bubbles" Castilow; and her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Druschel and Ruth Ann Bradford.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Carter (Joe) of Wheeling and A. Brock Castilow (R. Birtie Carenbauer Castilow) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Courtney Carter of Wheeling, Haley Carter of Wheeling and Ron Thomas (Tracie Bauer Thomas) of Wheeling; her great grandchildren, Austin Thomas of Wheeling and Brooke Thomas of Florida; and her great great grandchildren, Keegan and Oakley Thomas of Wheeling. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
