It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Roxby of Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Rex Ray Cook and Joyce Cook (Young). She is survived by : her sons, Joseph (Judy) and John Roxby; her grandsons, Joe, David Roxby (Tiffany) and Jim Fisher (Alexis); and her brother-in-law John Roxby (Barbara).
