He was predeceased by: his parents, June Fahey (Whittington) and Dennis Fahey; his daughter Mandy Fahey; and his brother James Fahey. He is survived by: his wife Diana Fahey (Shepherd) of Shadyside; his sons, Matthew Fahey of Columbus and Mark Fahey of Columbus; his brother George Fahey (Patricia) of Wheeling; his sister-in-law Janette of Wheeling; and his grandson Noah Fahey.
